Consumers like you trust the reviews/comments of Trikomer when choosing and deciding where to go or turn to acquire a product or service. The reviews/comments must comply with the General Terms and Conditions of use, as well as the requirements expressed below:
- Be suitable for all audiences: Profanity, threats, comments that show prejudice, incitement to hatred, sexually explicit language, and any other content that is not appropriate for our community are prohibited. You can obtain more information here.
- Be written by real customers: At Trikomer, we accept first-hand reviews/comments made by real customers for real customers, regarding the facilities or services provided by the professionals or companies involved. General reviews/comments that do not detail experiences of interest and that provide value to other consumers will not be published, as the sole aim is to provide the most useful information possible. - Be relevant to other users: Do not publish content that is not relevant for other consumers when choosing or deciding which professional or company to approach to acquire a product or service. You can obtain more information here.
- Be unique and independent: Users may write a review/comment about any professional or company involved each time they receive a service or purchase a product from them, as well as the obligation to select the professional who assisted them when the questionnaire sent expresses this. - Be original: Do not publish material copied from other sources, including (but not limited to) websites, email correspondence, other reviews, etc.
- Not be commercial: All promotional material of any kind, including self-promotional URLs, is prohibited. We reserve the right to reject any URL, email address, or phone number for any reason we deem appropriate.
- Meet the minimum age requirement: Reviews/comments from individuals under the age of 14 are not permitted.
- Standard email conventions and valid email addresses: The email address associated with your account must be valid, as we may need to contact you if there is a problem with your review/comment. HTML tags, excessive CAPITALISATION, jargon, or typographical symbols are not allowed, nor is the inclusion of monetary amounts expressed in current currency.

If you believe that any of the published reviews/comments violate our content integrity policy or General Terms and Conditions of use, please let us know. Our control team will review the information and take necessary action if deemed appropriate.
Trikomer exceptionally reserves the right to remove a review/comment at any time as stated in the General Terms and Conditions of use.

We provide some tips to ensure that all content published on Trikomer is suitable for all audiences (you can consult the General Terms and Conditions of use for more information):
- Images or censurable language should not be used, such as those listed below.
- Words that incite hatred or reviews/comments with prejudice,
- Defamation
- Racial or ethnic offences
- Personal insults
- Obscenity or vulgarity
- Hostile comments or threatening language
- Graphic descriptions of death, injury, violent criminal activity, or animal cruelty
- Profane or obscene words
All reviews that, while attesting to being real consumer experiences, do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of use, such as entries containing words or phrases as described above, that contain intentional spelling modifications and duplicity aimed at evading content filters, as well as acronyms of inappropriate phrases, will be removed.
What constitutes a Review/Comment from a real Customer? At Trikomer, we accept first-hand reviews/comments made by real customers for real customers, regarding the facilities or services provided by the professionals or companies involved. General reviews/comments that do not detail experiences of interest and that provide value to other consumers will not be published, as the sole aim is to provide the most useful information possible, in addition:
- Information not personally gathered or hearsay testimonials, that is, information that is not verified, that comes from rumours or quotes from other sources, or supposed comments or experiences of other people, will not be accepted.
- Reviews/comments about aspects of a business that you have not experienced will not be accepted or tolerated. For example, it would be acceptable to write a review/comment about an experience with the reception staff at any business where you were attended to in person for information, budgeting, or advice, among other similar situations where the assistance provided is personal and certain, even if you ultimately decide not to purchase the product or service from that business.
- Reviews/Comments about customer service experiences must be published within the last twelve months from when the services being reviewed/commented on were received.
- The use of insulting language that is irrelevant to customer service (such as physical descriptions or derogatory nicknames) will not be tolerated. Under no circumstances will attempts to create a smear campaign aimed at damaging the reputation of a brand or individual, or inciting others to do the same, be accepted.
- Reviews/comments on political, ethical, or religious topics will not be permitted.
- Reviews/comments directed at other Trikomer users, including those responsible for the involved businesses, will not be accepted.
- Reviews/comments directed at Trikomer staff or about Trikomer’s policies will not be accepted. Questions intended for Trikomer staff should be directed through the appropriate channels.
How often can I write a Review/Comment? Users may write a review/comment about any professional or company involved each time they receive a service or purchase a product from them, but may not make more than one comment directed at the same service or product acquired and/or received.
If you wish to change or edit a review/comment, please contact us and request that your previous review be removed so that you can submit it with the changes you deem appropriate, providing the motivation for the request so that the content review team can evaluate said motivation.
