In Trikomer, opinions can be collected in two ways:
- Customers can take the initiative and request an invitation from Trikomer to exercise their right to express their opinion and evaluate their experience with a specific company.
- Companies can invite their customers to give their opinion using the automated tools that Trikomer provides.
Clearly, customers who request an invitation to exercise their right to express their opinion and evaluate their experience must be genuine customers, meaning they must have received a service or purchased a product at the establishment about which they wish to write an opinion and evaluate.
(Trikomer allows all customers who have received a service or purchased a product in the last 12 months to exercise their right to comment and evaluate the experience they had. Likewise, they may request from the customer who provided feedback a document evidencing the receipt of the service or the purchase of the product)
Similarly, if it is the companies that invite their customers, they have the responsibility to ensure that the invitations are neutral and objective in both substance and form. This requirement applies equally to all companies using Trikomer.
(Trikomer randomly audits the affiliated companies to verify that all invitations sent to their customers are legitimate, objective, and neutral)
At Trikomer, we recommend that if you have any questions regarding opinions and evaluations, you review the sections: Guidelines on Consumer Opinions and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
